Weight Check

The Weight Check is a structured entry point into a personalised weight management programme. Using an initial bioimpedance analysis and two follow-up assessments over a period of three months, changes in muscle mass and body fat are measured objectively. This makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition and exercise measures and adjust them in a targeted way where necessary.

Who is the Weight Check suitable for?

The Weight Check is designed for individuals who would like to better understand the impact of nutrition and physical activity on their body and monitor their progress in a targeted manner.

It is particularly suitable for people who wish to build muscle mass, reduce body fat, or objectively assess lifestyle measures during a diet or training programme.

How does the Weight Check work?

The programme begins with a bioimpedance analysis to determine body composition. Two further measurements are carried out during the following months to track individual progress and provide an objective assessment of results.
